Thank you Lord for the world so sweet,
Thank you Lord for the food we ate.
Thank you Lord for the birds that sing.
Thank you, Lord, for everything.

Departure from School Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank you for allowing us
To get through this day safely.
Thank you for our teachers who helped us learn and grow.
Send your angels to protect us on our way home.
Give us a good night’s rest so we may return happy,
Healthy and ready to learn.
